My Mental Health aims to create a place to find information on a range of topics, with the main focus of the information being to help people with Mental Illness.
I have found that there is a limited amount of information online that is helpful for me, and the majority of it can be difficult to find, or dotted around the internet, and it can be really difficult to find the information you are looking for. So whether it’s from personal experience or a link to another site, we aim to provide useful information for people suffering from mental illness.
